As the executive architect, Helpern Architects worked with Audrey Matlock to translate the design vision for 57 Irving Place into an effectively functioning, multifamily residential building. Developed by Madison Equities, this 11-story, 9-unit building of full-floor luxury residences features private elevator entries to each floor, floor-to-ceiling movable glass windows and a 30-foot long, below grade salt water swimming pool.
