Sandwiched between two New York University buildings with only its northeast quadrant and southern wall evident, the 200,000-sf Henry Kaufman Management Center is the first occupied exclusively by the Stern School of Business, consistently ranked among the top US business schools. The center’s four-story rotunda, ceiling-to-floor windows, and terraces emphasize the open spirit of education. Helpern also redesigned its forecourt, NYU’s only plaza.
